I found another cylinder head in Pennasylvania. About 120 miles away. Remember, the engine that I found here has a broken exhaust mount on the end. really close to the edge. I found one in okay condition, but still needs some valve work as one is "stuck", so thay say.

The valves need to come out anyway, for the re-build. The cylinder head looks in good shape otherwise. So, we give it a go. it's at the shop now, and when they work on the engine it'll be there. Here's the story so far with the 3rd engine for this car.

Comment:
The 3rd engine is delivered for this car to have the re-build. They will also be removing and re installing the engines. After complete, this engine will be like new, and re built to Ford specs.

Comment:
The engine apart, mostly. Still left is the cam shaft. Timing belt. But you can see the condition just from the picture. Like new actually. It's all like new. This engine was, as the lable says re built in 1990. But we had to be sure, and know.

The crank, cam, and block, timing chain. Good condition I would say.

The next cylinder head from Pennsylvania. The exhaust ears are still there. The stuck valve, not really a problem I am told.

Hello everyone. It's been a few months since I updated this part of the car's web site. Busy with work and all the stuff going on. It's looking better like spring, although it's not here yet. The days are growing longer, and better temps. The 3rd engine is still in the works, but happening. So, what have I been doing?. A lot since I last updated this part of the web site. So, let's get started for this update.

I got some more block to put down, and now closer, but not yet. Polished the stainless, aluminum, getting a little ready for the summer, plus a nice mid winter drive.

Starting to polish as the weather is getting nicer, and ready for the shows this year.

On the drive, we found some noises from under the dash. I figured them out a few videos forward.

This is the first full summer of car shows this car will have. Some shows requirer a fire extinguisher in with the car somewhere, so I thought it would be nice to build a show holder, or rack to keep the extinguisher on, and to also keep my other show related stuff held in place in transit. So, I built a nice rack in the trunk, made from discarded materials.

I already made the frame. The wood is from box spring supports from a bed. These are in like new condition, and they have a blond finish.

Using seat belts from late 80's to early 90's Ford. (Oh yes, they have to be Ford). Kinda funny, seat belts are in the trunk not on the seats.. He he he...

The inspection sticker is in the wrong place for 1962!. It must be removed and placed in the right spot like in 1962. I got a good cheap price for a few additional cameras. I made a nice holder for both sides and for the rear shelf. Nice video flow this way, but a lot more work with editing. Finally, a working, good cup holder that I can remove easy.

Working on the cameras again. And we take a drive. It's good to have a lot of cameras for better effect. When I'm done, there will be 6 cameras in the car. And, hopefully, when the next build starts, there will be a battery array for the cams. Longer running times. But, thats another video not yet even started. But, for this one, we have the mounts, and the three camera houses done and reay to test. So we did.
